Welcome To Garbage City

Thanks to some photographers we have a better idea of what it might be like to live in Garbage City, a place outside of Cairo, Egypt.

A group of Zabbaleen live in the area and collect, sort, reuse or resell Cairo’s waste, which gives us a pretty good idea how much we’re all using.
