Tossed Electronics Poisoning Africa’s Children
Unless you’re careful about how you discard or recycle your old electronics such as computers and fridges, you may sadly be adding to a growing problem in Africa.
ABC.com recently revealed that electronics that have been tossed away from developed nations like the US, UK and Germany, are apt to end up in Africa where they poison children with toxins such as lead, cadmium and mercury.
