Takeoka Jidosha Kogei Handmade Eco-Friendly Cars
Now who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? If you’re looking to invest in a greener car but you’d rather have something more family-oriented, then look no further than Toyama, Japan’s Takeoka Jidosha Kogei.
This family-run business uses not robots to make their eco-friendly cars, but a line of 12 mechanics that see the car’s engine to the headlights handdone.
The cars cost around $9,600 and run on a lithium-ion battery which can be charged via your wall socket.
