Siemens President Calls for Green Economy

peter-loscherSiemens President and CEO, Peter Löscher, called for a green economy at a Berlin press conference earlier in the week.

“The move to a green economy is a huge opportunity for us,” Löscher stated at the company’s semiannual press conference.  Siemens plans to expand its position into a worldwide supplies of eco-friendly products and services, while using their traction as a leader in their field to rigourously move directions.

“Technological revolutions have always been our specialty. That’s why no one is better equipped to lead the green revolution than Siemens. As a green infrastructure giant, the company is a reliable, long-term partner worldwide due to its experience, technological expertise and solid financial position,” Löscher added.

It’s refreshing to see such passion from a worldwide leader and supplier.
