
Yarn producer Unifi is teaming up with Cintas Corp. to create a new eco-friendly scrubs line at long last.
Made from recycled materials, the “EcoGeneration by Cintas” line will feature Unifi’s Repreve recycled fibers.
According to a Cintas rep, this eco-friendly scrubs line is a long time coming, saying, “Cintas believes that quality eco-apparel should benefit the environment but not compromise comfort.”
“This scrub line gives health care workers the satisfaction of knowing they’re doing something that benefits the environment, while meeting their fit and comfort needs.”
This is great news for the scrubs community and we can’t wait to see if this new line takes off!
