Emma Watson’s New People Tree Green Clothing Collection

Posted in Earth-Friendly Celebrities & People, Green Apparel on 04/Feb/2010

From 19-year-old actress Emma Watson comes a new fair-trade eco-friendly collection from People Tree.

This new collection features knitwear, jersey dresses, cotton shorts and shirts, all of which will benefit the People Tree Foundation.

Emma states, “I wanted to help People Tree produce a younger range because I was excited by the idea of using fashion as a tool to help alleviate poverty.”

“I think young people like me are becoming increasingly aware of the humanitarian and environmental issues surrounding fast fashion.”
