Award-Winning Green Condos At Auction

Praised by Natural Home magazine as being one of the Top 10 Green Condo Projects, these downtown Seattle, Washington luxury condos are going up for auction in late March.

On March 28 at the Grand Hyatt Seattle, 18 condo units will be auctioned.  The units are located downtown at 5th and Madison Street.  Features of the properties include a dog walk, garden terrace, guest suite, club room and all the luxury you can afford.

This development won awards for their use of recycled construction materials, rainwater run-off system and their air filtration systems.
